Ingredients:

  • 1 – 16 oz. ( 1lb. ) container Root’s White Meat Cubed Chicken, thawed in refrigerator or microwave.
  • 1/2 C. black rip olives, sliced and drained
  • 1/2 C. celery, sliced
  • 1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 C. silvered almonds
  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ​1/4 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. curry powder

Preparation Instructions:

Combine first five ingredients and set aside. Stir together remaining ingredients. Add chicken mixture and mix thoroughly. Spoon one cup of salad onto a bed of lettuce and garnish with radishes and sliced avocado if desired. Serves 4.
